5:00 am | Transition Opens for Bike Check in

5:30 am -6:00 am | Packet Pick Up (limited to pre-paid only)** – there is NO race day registration for this event!

5:45 am – 6:15 am | Swim Warm up

6:10 am | Transition closes and should be clear of all individual athletes and relay swimmers

6:30 am | Race Starts – Olympic Distance

6:40 am | Race Starts – Duathlon (at Run Out)

7:00 am | Race Starts – Sprint Distance

9:45 am | Awards Ceremony

9:45 am | Bike Course Cut Off

11:15 am | Run Course Cut Off

Race Start – Athletes will self-seed into different groups according to their estimated swim times. Please look for the estimated time swim signs posted at the beach.

**Packet Pick Up on race morning is limited ONLY to athletes that have paid the Late Packet Pick Up Fee of $30.00 at the time of registration on the event registration web site! Packet Pick Up is from 5:30am to 6:00am SHARP!!! Please report to the 10’ x 10’ tent for Race Packet Pick-Up just outside of the Transition area.
